Construction, assembly and functional testing of new tools
Coordinating and optimizing tools in the workshop area, in close cooperation with the technical supervisor and the design department
Initiate and carry out the necessary corrections
Maintaining the technical documentation
Professional and efficient maintenance of punching tools and fixtures
Factory self-inspection of the manufactured individual parts
Your profile
At least 3 years of professional experience with manufacturing, assembly and tool optimization, especially progressive dies for stamping and forming technology
Successfully completed training as a precision mechanic or toolmaker
Confident handling of drawing specifications and tolerances, and a high level of quality awareness
Knowledge of ERP systems and CAD VISI is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
Reliable, independent, efficient as well as systematic way of working
Team player with hands-on mentality
Willingness to work in a rolling 2-shift operation
